Project Description
For over 20 years, Cowlard Construction has worked with the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association (RFCA) and has been responsible for managing multiple sites across Central and Greater London. We have delivered a broad range of property management services for the organisation, overseeing both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring the upkeep and functionality of its facilities.
Reactive maintenance has included responding to urgent issues such as property damage, break-ins, and window repairs, with a focus on maintaining the safety and security of the buildings. Planned maintenance and project work have encompassed fire door maintenance, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, decoration works, fencing and a variety of other essential tasks to ensure the facilities are well-maintained.
We have also successfully managed large-scale refurbishment and building projects, coordinating our team alongside trusted sub-contractors to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Through these efforts, we have demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality property management, from day-to-day repairs to complex construction projects, while maintaining efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across all operations.
